Earrings - Should I keep the clip ons or get my ears pierced?
For about 3 years I had a pair of small loops gold earrings. Although they look exactly like pierced hoops, they are not, the tension of the headband keeps them in place. I sleep with them, bathe with them, and they never fell. I always thought they were fine, so I never bothered to obtain good. I told myself that if I did, I only wear small circles, so it was no use. The thing is, they are too similar for loops pierced ears. Then so my stepmother bought me a pair of beautiful little diamond studs.She offered to get them converted to clip-ons, but they would looks terrible if she did. I can not decide whether to bite the bullet and get a pair of holes. I'm not bothered about the injury. I do not see it is much worse than giving blood, but the circles are really nice - and the amounts they pierce you with rotted look. They are a horrible 8 == D shape and I have to put up with them for 6 weeks! What do you think I should do?
put up with the crap for 6 weeks. it's really worth especially when you want to wear diamonds to a family dinner with your in-laws. it would mean a lot to her to see you do something like that and I'm sure she would feel his gift was appreciated.
