Where can I find a pair of really cheap worn down shorts?
I'm being Daisy Duke (jessica simpson version) for Halloween and I need to find a pair of either really light or medium wash worn down shorts for about 15$ or less. I want them to be extremely low rise and to be cut offs (frayed edges and maybe have the pocket material showing)

wellllllll you could make your own (buy your own low rise light jeans) and cut them yourself they way you want them. this way they will meet your specific standards better. that is the best way because otherwise it might be hard to find exactly what you want. otherwise try your local salvation army or thrift store
