Help with some reborning and clay babies experienced answers only please??!!!?
Hi i have lots of shop bought dolls (vinyl soft bodied) and was wondering if with genesis heat set paints i could paint these dolls and make them look reborn? Or is there any other way to reborn a normal vinyl soft bodied doll?
P.s I am 12 and have made lots of OOAK dolls and i have three reborns a 5" 10" 22" all been reborned from Ashton Drake
And could someone help on how to make a good clay baby just some tips please?
it depends on your vinyl. unless it's really good vinyl, it might melt if you expose it to temperature necessary to set the paints. However, what I find works, when I need heat curing without melting, is to leave the item in a car parked in the sun for a day or two. That almost always works.
