I would like to buy a wooden Chess set with a 10 to 12 inch king? Where can I find it? What is the cost?
We have chess night every Thursday night at the public library. Almost everyone brings their little unweighted Stanton 3" discount store plastic sets. Some bring their Onyx mexican sets, the rare Franklin mint civil war set and an occasional traditional ceramic 5".
I want to scare and overwhelm my opponent with a huge set. I haven't seen them in years. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks.
I have the perfect place its www.Ebay.com there you type wooden chess set... and you'll find a bunch of auctions for them.. You might also want to try Amazon.com there are usually good chess sets there but usually they are a little more expensive... Good luck at scaring those chess players..
