Do we have "double double" in a black coffee in Canada?

If I order a cup of black coffee, I can have the double cream, double Suger? Or should I add the cream and sugar on my own? so when you say "double double"?

I prefer to add my own, people Tim Hortons has a heavy hand when it comes to sugar, I'm diabetic so I just have milk, but I alway go to a Second Cup, Timothy or any other place, if I can add my own accompaniments. I liked the "sugar in the first" type brown and add a little cream 5% and 3% of homogenized milk, still had the taste of cream, but less fat.
